WHAT TYPES OF FILES ARE INCLUDED?
When you order any design from our shop, you will have a ZIP file including 4 design formats; SVG, DXF, EPS and PNG (300dpi high resolution with transparent background). SVG: Cricut Design Space, Silhouette (Cameo) Studio Designer Edition or higher, Make the Cut (MTC), Sure Cuts A Lot (SCAL) and Brother Scan and Cut Canvas software, etc. DXF: Silhouette Studio Basic Edition, AutoCAD, etc. EPS: CorelDRAW, Inkscape, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, etc. PNG: The file with a transparent background and can be used as Clipart. JPG: Suitable for Printa
HOW TO ACCESS THE FILES?
Items are digital products (files) only, so there is no shipping. You will receive a download link to your Designfull Market registered email within 15 minutes of your purchase. Please check your SPAM folder as well. In addition to email, your order file(s) can always be found on Designfull Market> Your Account > Purchases And Reviews > Purchases > Download Files
IS REFUND POSSIBLE FOR DIGITAL DESIGNS?
Due to the digital nature of the items, its not possible to have the product returned. Therefore, were unable to offer refunds. But please contact us if you have any issues with your order, and we will work to make sure you have a graphic that you are happy with :)

Before purchasing, please make sure to research what types of files (if any) your particular cutting machine software is compatible with. If you are unsure, I recommend contacting the manufacturer's customer service and inquiring about your program's capabilities.

After your payment is processed you will be able to download the files instantly. In your account, go to "purchases and reviews" and you will see a "download files" link. You will also receive an email with a download notification.
