To reset you password open to login page and click to Forgot Password than you will receive an email. Open the email which came from Designful Market and click the link to reset your password

First of all login to your account than click to "My Purchases" section under your account. You can see all your purchases on this page.

You can find all your purchases in your account under "My Purchases" section. Find the product you want to downlaod and press the download button on the design.

There are a few way to contact shop owner. Firstly, go to the shop owner page and click the contact button. Secondly, if you purchased a product open "My Purchases" section under your account find the product, on the product you can see the contact to shop owner button.

On Mac, you can open EPS files by default without any additional software.

A file with the SVG file extension is most likely a Scalable Vector Graphics file. Files in this format use an XML-based text format to describe how the image should appear. You can open SVG file via Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, Photoshop, Inkscape, Adobe Acrobat Reader, Gravit Designer, Gimp, Silhouette Sdudio Business Edition, Cricut

To unzip files on Windows
Open File Explorer and find the zipped folder.
To unzip the entire folder, right-click to select Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
To unzip a single file or folder, double-click the zipped folder to open it. Then, drag or copy the item from the zipped folder to a new location.
To unzip files on Mac
Unzip (expand) a compressed item: Double-click the .zip file.
The unzipped item appears in the same folder as the .zip file. If you want to, you can delete the .zip file.
Note: If you can’t open the .zip file, make sure you have enough space on your Mac for the unzipped item. If you received the .zip file from someone else, there might be a problem with the file. Ask them to zip the file again and resend it.

Login in to your account than go to your "My Purchases" section under your account. You will see an invoice buton on your purchase. Just click on invoice than it will start downloading.

You can purchase any product on Designful Market by using a Credit Card, Debit Card or Paypal

You can message to seller about your second purchase.

Designful Market do not save credit card of customers.

If you came accross any problem with your purchase you can message to shop owner.

You can use Svg file on Cricut design space 

If you have silhouette studio bisiness edition you can use svg file on it however if you are using free version of silhouette it does not support svg file.

Discount coupons are created by shop owner. If any pruduct listed with discount on Designful Market you will get this discount on checkout page. 

Yes you can. In order to download your purchase login to your account than go to purchases page by using any device you will see your all purchase from this page you can download your purchase whenever you want.

At the moment We do not have an official Desginful Market mobil app, you can access designfulmarket.com on any of your devices.
