You will receive an e-mail after purchase and completed payment from Designful, sent to the e-mail address listed with your Designful account. You will receive a link which will allow you to download.

You can also access your digital purchase on your Designfull account. Go to You > My Purchases and look for the order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

With this INSTANT DOWNLOAD you will receive a ZIP folder, which includes

SVG files - For Cricut Explore, Silhouette Designer Edition, Adobe Suite, Inkspace, Corel Draw and more.
DXF files - For Silhouette users, this format can be opened with the free software version of Silhouette.
EPS files - For Adobe Illustrator, Inkspace, Corel Draw and more.
PNG files - (Transparent Background)

**Silhouette Cameo:
1. download zip file
2. extract files
3. open studio
4. click file, open
5. find the files you just extracted
6. choose your format (if you don't have design edition, the paid for version, choose the dxf format. The file is already traced and all you have to do is cut)

Note: For Silhouette users, use DXF file if you have the BASIC/FREE version of the Silhouette Studio software.

Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are FINAL.

TROUBLESHOOTING
If you can't see the SVG file on your mat but can see it in the layers panel, click the group of layers and change their position to (x, y) 0,0 at the top of the screen.
